Franz Zeimetz brings a celebrated craft beer brewer's eye to Panama Geisha, taking a boldly different approach to production. His coffee is celebrated worldwide, winning the 2024 World Brewers Cup and placing among the top of the Best of Panama.
There's no doubt that Lost Origin is a state-of-the-art facility. It's built in conjunction with Casa Bruja, one of the original and most well-known craft beer breweries in Panama. They've taken their knowledge and expertise of fermentation in beer and applied those theories to coffee.
